Fit for Marriage is a 13 week, all-out, no holds barred, no punches pulled personal training program for engaged couples – designed to get you results, and fast!
No need to pay gym dues, or waste time or gas driving to a gym.
This is a busy time in your life, and we make getting in great shape convenient, coming directly to your home, or your spouse-to-be’s home, bringing all necessary equipment with us, each and every visit!
No stone is left unturned. We fix your diet, your supplements, your cardio, and hold you accountable to doing everything you need to do to look amazing on your wedding day.
We take care of the resistance training, combining muscle sculpting and fat-incinerating techniques into each and every workout, giving you maximum results in minimum time!
It all starts with 3 FREE Sessions:
Session 1 : A Comprehensive Biometric Assessment, yielding 20 different health and fitness statistics, along with 4 digital photos of you (front, back, left, right) to be uploaded to your own password-protected web page. This is how we will track progress and make SURE we are constantly moving you toward your full potential.
Session 2: A Natural Health Consultation, yielding a specific nutrition, cardio, and resistance training prescription that will take you all the way to your goals, and quickly.
Session 3: A Professional Personal Training session, combining our full body resistance circuit training with active aerobic conditioning. We bring all necessary equipment with us.
